Our first ever cookbook features over 70 recipes inspired by the Dingwall Trust organic garden. The cookbook has been lovingly illustrated by the children at Dingwall and includes recipes developed by Dingwall nutritionist Danijela Unkovich; Nadia Lim, head chef and dietitian at My Food Bag; Jason van Dorsten, executive chef at Café Hanoi and members of the Dingwall community. All proceeds from the Cookbook support the Garden to Table project at Dingwall.
